Bread was originally from European countries, but developed to fit the taste of the locals across the world. Although I have been living in European countries over years, I can not imagine how my life will be sad with breads over the whole day. Compared to the bread as hard as stones like rye/wheat/grain breads, soft and fluffy breads are most favourite. Bread with a cup of milk or soya milk is just one type for our breakfast in a day, neither for dinner or lunch. You can imagine people in Shanghai wait for a long line in the early morning to buy a loaf of the soft and fluffy bread which costs almost 14 euros? Japanese's bread is also famous for its softness, especially tokyo's bread. Several weeks ago, I bought a tokyo brunt bread (70G) which costed 35 nok from an Chinese supermarket. However, the taste is far less tasty as what I expected, at least it did not worth that price. So that is why I decide to try to bake by myself. It is a big success, which is the second success over my bakery experience :)
