I have my master study in China mainland. After that, I have Phd in Berlin, Germany. Currently I work as a researcher in Norway. 

I enjoy a peaceful status of living and making food is one way for me to maintain my inner peace. For every Chinese person, food is a vital part of life. Chinese food cultures are enormously diverse from provinces to provinces, from cities to cities, and from counties to countries. I was born in southeastern coast of mainland China, where healthy eating and family bonding are the focus of our daily life. Food is not just about nourishment; it is a way to connect with family and friends. We care about the ways and ingredients for cooking. Food is essential for both physical and mental health.
